Striving to serve the society with a conscience and a heart, Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation not only endeavors to improve people's lives through their products, they also extends their support to various outreach programs. PMPC has established several scholarship programs for bright but economically disadvantaged students.
Started last 2000 in the Philippines, Panasonic Scholarship Program for graduate study in Japan still aims to provide opportunities to promising leaders of the future to further study in graduate schools, enabling them to contribute to the development of the country while promoting camaraderie between Philippines and Japan. 3 new scholars will be nominated and will fly to Japan this coming March 2012. Currently, there are 7 scholars who are studying now in Japan, and this program already helped 26 alumni.
