With 100 towns competing to have the country's number one dish, Eden's 100 Sarap ng Pasko: 100 Days of Christmas will bring out even more the culinary creativity in every participating town nationwide.
Among 100 dishes, the dish I like the most is the Cheesy Bugalong made by Bugallon, Pangasinan.
Bugallon, Pangasinan was formerly called "Salasa" which means a part of the wooden house wher the floor is attached to. The town was named after its hero Major Jose Torres Bugallon who fought during the Philippine-American War.
Bugallon has a geographical area of about 189.64 sq. km. and has 24 barangays. Their sources of living are fishing and patis making. Bugallon is known for their beautiful beaches with crystal-clear waters and cream sand.
For Christmas, Bugallon, Pangasinan is proud to present their Cheesy Bugalong!
