A Modern Day Hero - Mr. Lapu-Lapu 2011

During the 16th century, a leader named Lapu-Lapu became the hero of the people of Mactan. This 2011, a modern day Lapu-Lapu is born in the person of Jumar Andrew Bilocura. Jumar proved to the people of Lapu-Lapu City that he is worthy to be called "The Modern Day Hero" when he defeated 15 other aspiring men for the title Mr. Lapu-Lapu 2011 happened last April 16, 2011 at Hoops Dome, Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City.

Along with Bilocura, 4 other warriors emerged winners that night. Jan Rythm Mateo got the 1st Runner-up place while Patrick Grandl went home as 2nd Runner-up. Pocholo Enriquez and Alexander David Lopez won as 3rd Runner-up and 4th Runner-up, respectively.
