September 14, 2012 - It was a memorable day for the Cebuano 24K Card Holders of Cebuana Lhullier because it was the day Cebuana Lhullier brought Sarah Geronimo to Cebu for the Pistahang Cebuana Concert.
Pistahang Cebuana Concert is the first-ever series of concerts made possible by Cebuana Lhullier as it celebrates its 25th year in giving quality service to its ka-Cebuana. It had its kick-off at Araneta Coliseum last August 27, 2012 and the 2nd leg was at Cebu Coliseum last September 14, 2012. Its next destination will be at Davao this coming October 5, 2012. And it is a form of "thank you" by Cebuana Lhullier to its valued costumers, they brought along the Pop Princess of the Philippines, and Cebuana Lhullier's major endorser, Sarah Geronimo.

Aside from Sarah Geronimo, Cebuana Lhullier added an additional treat, Mark Bautista, Erik Santos and the G Force Dancers were also present to give additional entertainment to the Popsters, 24K Card Holders, and the entire Cebuanos who witnessed the event.

During the concert, Sarah, as expected, never failed to amaze the Cebuanos with her energy and stage presence. Every time she sings, fans kept on yelling "We love you Sarah!" which made Sarah herself smile, indicating that she got overwhelmed with the warm welcome the Cebuano fans gave to her. There was this time when my ears got hurt because of the loud scream of an avid Popster (Group of Sarah Geronimo fans), and I can't blame them for reacting that way.

Fans of the Pop Princess were really not in themselves the entire concert because their idol is right in front of them. It was no doubt that they really waited for this moment to happen. I happen to chat with a group of Popsters and they said to me that they waited for the Pistahang Cebuana Concert since July 2012. They also revealed a lot of things relating to this concert like some Popsters even went to the airport just to welcome Sarah to Cebu, there are also Popsters all the way from Dumaguete, Bacolod, and even Manila who went to Cebu just for this concert. I remember a Popster trying to borrow the battery of my camera because hers was fully drained. It made me laugh but I tried to stop laughing in front of her because I understood her desire to gather pictures of her idol on her own camera.

During the press conference held a day before the concert at Summit Circle Hotel, Sarah exposed to the media how did she prepared for the Pistahang Cebuana Concert. She mentioned that she just came from a US tour with Erik and Mark, and they already did it in Manila last August, so she considered these 2 events as her preparation ground for the Pistahang Cebuana Cebu leg because according to her, it has the same flow with the Manila leg but with some additions. Cebuana Lhullier on the other hand, described Sarah Geronimo as a very professional woman because according to them, Sarah is always punctual every time there is a scheduled shoot, and they never received any complaints from the Pop Princess. Also during the Press Conference, some fans were given the chance to meet the Pop Princess in person for the Meet and Greet with Sarah Geronimo.
