Last February 3, 2013, I got the chance to visit the showroom of the new amenity of The Mactan Newtown owned by Megaworld: The Mactan Newtown One Pacific Residences.
Just a quick information of One Pacific Residences, it is a resort-type condominium and is one of the properties of Megaworld which is located at the heart of The Mactan Newtown. But it's not just a condominium, because it will be hosting some outdoor amenities, some of them includes wall-climbing areas, gazebos, aqua gym, restaurants, and mall.

Don't worry about the glass wall, it's not really the actual wall. They just made it for showroom purposes.
